How do I get started with Tenolife?

To get started, simply download and install the Tenolife application on your mobile phone. That's it! You don't need to register an account or provide credit card information to explore Tenolife.
However, when you decide to fully embrace Tenolife, we recommend linking it to your Apple, Google, or Email account. This ensures that you won't lose access to your OKRs when switching to a new device. Please note that linking your account is optional but beneficial.

Can I use Tenolife for personal goal tracking, or is it just for teams?

Certainly, Tenolife was meticulously designed to empower you in unlocking your full potential through the proven and efficient Objective and Key Results methodology. Let's get started today!

Can I collaborate with others or share my OKRs with my team in Tenolife?

Consider subscribing to our Team Premium plan when your goal requires support from others. With Team Premium, you can unlock powerful collaboration features. Share your OKRs with your team, providing full access to key results for contributors or limited access to actions for executors. The best part? You won't incur any extra charges for your team's access to shared OKRs.

Does Tenolife offer any templates or examples for setting OKRs?

With hundreds of well-defined OKR templates, you can get started right away. These templates don't restrict you; you can modify your objectives as needed. If you require additional assistance on your journey, consider reviewing our Wiki database for guidance and best practices.

Can I use Tenolife offline, or does it require an internet connection?

Tenolife does require an internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or cellular data, to securely store your data on Google Cloud, ensuring access from anywhere. All application resources are bundled, resulting in only a minimal increase in your monthly data usage. We prioritize your privacy, and all your data belongs solely to you; we neither process nor manipulate it.

Can I export my data from Tenolife for reporting or analysis?

Currently, Tenolife does not provide import/export functionality

What does the free plan include?

The free plan is designed to cater to everyone's needs, providing access to all the features required for effective objective and key result (OKR) management. With our free plan, you can seamlessly customize your key results, including specifying weights and measurement types. Tracking your progress is made effortless, and you'll receive timely notifications as your milestones' deadlines are approaching. What features are included in the premium plans?

Premium plans are crafted to unlock your full potential by offering carefully crafted templates to kickstart your journey, ensuring clear visibility of upcoming milestones within your objectives, sending timely check-in reminders, and providing a powerful time management tool to help you strategically achieve your goals, even within a hectic schedule. How much does each plan cost?

Is there a free trial for premium plans?

Yes, all premium plans come with a 14-day trial period during which you won't be charged.

How can I upgrade or change my plan?

To get started, sign in using your Apple, Google, or Email account. This ensures that you won't lose your premium access and data, even if you switch to a new device.
Once signed in, go to the Profile tab and tap 'Subscribe Premium' Review the available plans to choose the one that best suits your needs, and then tap 'Subscribe'. Please note that opting for an annual subscription can save you up to 20%.
If you wish to upgrade from an individual premium subscription to a team premium subscription, please cancel the individual subscription first. Don't worry, canceling a subscription won't result in any loss of your data.

Do you offer refunds or a money-back guarantee?

At this time, we do not provide refunds.

Is there a discount for students or non-profit organizations?

We do not currently offer discounts for students or non-profit organizations.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, please follow the subscription cancellation process on the App Store for iPhone devices (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039) or the Play Store for Android devices (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?hl=en). Please note that we do not offer refunds for any remaining subscription periods at this time.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all payment methods that are widely accepted by App Store (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202631) or Play Store (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2651410?hl=en).

Are there any limitations on the number of objectives or team members for premium plans?

To ensure optimal application performance, all subscription plans have the same limitations in place
Up to a maximum of 10 objectives, including both your personal objectives and those in which you are participating.
Maximum of 20 key results for each objective. For optimal performance, we recommend having approximately 5 key results per objective.
Please consider limiting your key results to a maximum of 20 actions each. To ensure best practices and maintain focus on the desired outcomes, we recommend including only the most important actions within your key results.
You can upload a maximum of 200 megabytes in attachments across all your objectives and key results, with each individual file limited to 5 megabytes in size. Please consider using our link attachment feature to optimize your experience with external cloud storage.
You can manage up to 10 teams
You can invite up to 10 collaborators to join a team. Importantly, this isn't limited to individuals from other teams, which means you can manage a total of up to 100 members. However, please note that, at any given time, you can only assign a single team to an objective.
You can be a member of up to 5 teams. This limit does not affect the number of teams you can manage.

What data does Tenolife collect from users?

Tenolife does not collect any personal data from you.

How is the collected data used by Tenolife?

Tenolife does not collect any of your personal data; therefore, no data processing occurs.

How is user data protected from unauthorized access or breaches?

Tenolife's backend operates on Google Firebase Cloud, ensuring that it leverages the robust security features provided by Google.

Can users delete their data permanently from Tenolife?

You can delete your account and all your data by tapping the 'Delete this Account' button on the Profile tab. Deletion occurs immediately after your confirmation.
Please be aware that this action is irreversible and cannot be undone.

Is there an option to opt out of data collection or marketing communications?

At Tenolife, we do not engage in any data collection or marketing activities. Rest assured, you will not receive any emails from us unless you explicitly request them. You have full control over notifications in the Profile tab; simply uncheck the checkboxes to opt out.

Are users informed about data breaches or security incidents?

Using Google Firebase Cloud ensures that top security practices are in place. In the rare event of any unexpected issues arising, you will be promptly notified with a detailed explanation.
